Dr. Barbara J. Brown is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned her Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and her Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Boston University in Massachusetts.  She has practiced psychology in Washington DC for 30 years and founded the CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation, LLC (CCCC) in 2009.
